The atmosphere there is excellent; hard work and dedication along with stellar Coaching. I cannot wait to have my chance to learn from the H.I.T. SQUAD.

I loved that video. It is just classic hughes teaching and submitting people with a big smile. If I lived within 1 hour of the gym I would be there every single night. Do you have any idea how much you would learn in 6 months to one year? It would be priceless.
