Looking forward to the fights this weekend. As all of you probably know, Henderson will be fighting Anderson Silva. Should be a tough fight. To be honest I can’t pick a winner; but Anderson has looked so good recently that he might have a little bit of an advantage.

Last Friday I was at the “GIs vs. Joes” event in St. Charles, MO. Had a great time and met a lot of good people. I also got to put some faces to some names of more forum members. The fights were great and all in all it was a very good night. The only bummer was the fact that I got home at 2 AM.

The weather here has been cold, I’ve been wanting about a foot or more of snow so I can go out and play in my new tractor. I’ve been hoping that I can get out and plow my drive and a lot of other peoples’ drives to try and figure the thing out. We don’t have anything that new on the farm and I don’t know that we’ve ever bought any tractor brand new.

The gym has been going great. Nate went down and took some pictures for everybody, so I hope you all enjoy that. I’ll talk to you all after the fights on Saturday. My buddy Boomer, from the forums, leaves for Iraq Wednesday morning, I pray God keeps him safe over there and that time passes quickly for him over in the big desert. -matt
