We just want to say Congratulations on two things: one:having two fighters make the finale, and two: Being a good Strong Christian man, and role model. We both love to watch you fight, and well so does our son. It is good to know that not everyone in the sport has a potty mouth. Our son is only 2 but already shows interest in fighting... he is a boy, but when he hears the song before the tuf shows he comes running to watch, and doesn't move a muscle till its over. I am sure we will be taking him to classes when he gets a little older, for now him and his dad do many exercises together and they 'train' or at least play train. Hope all goes will with your fight, I am sure it will you have the good Lord on your side! We will be praying for your safety, Hope you and your family have a wonderful and blessed Christmas. Remember Jesus is the Reason for the Season!!! God Bless you!

I just want to say that I have full faith in Matt and I know that he will win back his belt. I wish Matt was fighting Serra as I agree with the previous writers who say that he should get his as he is rude, crude and that is really not neccesary. Almost like the "little bullies" in school who are all talk. Anyway Matt as usual you did a great job on TUF and I think that if asked you should do it again. After all to be trained by Matt Hughes and your guys should be tha ultimate honor. In regards to GSP , Matt I really think this time you must " guard your cup area" as I have seen many fights where he "accidentaly" kicks there. If that is his way of winning, then he does not belong. Hopefully he wont try that. Best of luck and LOVE the new tractor. Have fun with it and God Bless to you and your family.

You had an amazing season full of adventure. You lost some battles through the season but overall you won the war. I am very happy for Mac and I thought the guys had a great night of fighting. Thanks for being a part of this season and I cannot wait for the next. Most of all I cannot wait for the 29th and your fight good luck and god bless,

UFCFAN.CA, thanks for your input on Clay. I think it's great we can have civilized "conversations" here without people going nuts. I've been on a few message boards in the past where things have blown up when someone disagreed with someone else. Like I said, no offense was meant at all toward anyone here at all.

Maybe I just wanted Roger to win so badly, I had already made my mind up to dislike Clay. Whatever the reason, I appreciate your input.

Matt,
The tractor is awsome. What a great reward for coaching. Any plans to come to Oklahoma for the book signing or something with Century Martial Arts Supply?
All of us "Okies" would be thrilled if you came down south for a book signing.

UFC_fan13,

I have to disagree with you on the Clay Guida comments. This guy is a fighter who isn't the most talented in the division, but gives everything he has in the Octagon for himself and the fans... he understands the concept of entertainment while still fighting to win.

I was at UFC77 in Cincinnati and met a whole bunch of fighters (including Matt Hughes) and one of the most pleasant surprises in terms of approachability and attitude was Clay Guida. For the record, the biggest surprise was Jens Pulver, who was the most approachable fighter I have ever met. (That was a shock because I had a completely different opinion of him from his TUF stint)

Sometimes people will run you the wrong way for no reason, or for somethin g intangeable and maybe that's what you are feeling with Guida. But trust me, as a rather impartial fan when it comes to the fighters, Clay Guida is far from arrogant.

Just my 2 cents... hope you give the guy another chance to win you over...

No Problem, UFC_fan13, Thanks for clarifying that. I guess I hear more about Clay because he lives in my same town. I see him at Walmart and he is signing things for little kids and is very gracious. I see and hear more about him so I have different outlook. Everyone has their favorites.....and I think we all agree MATT HUGHES IS #1!

You're right, George...and thank you for that word. We should be praying for those who despise us, since we need the gospel as much as they do! Good insight, bro!

Looks like Rampage is the other coach for TUF7.

I'm the one that said Clay reminds me of Serra. I say that because there's a difference in confidence and arrogance and to ME, personally, Clay seems very arrogant, and that really puts me off of fighters. I can't be a fan of someone who thinks the world is graced by him being a fighter. I like to cheer for the fighters who go out and put on a great show for their fans, and show graciousness in victory AND defeat. Yes, Clay seemed gracious after the fight, but he's just not my favorite fighter. No offense meant at all toward anyone here personally, and I'm sorry if it came across as such.
