Thanks for the video. It’s good to get a glimpse into what it takes to be a champion. Training seems to be going great. It’s great to see Tommy training with the H.I.T. Squad, he knows that he is getting the best opportunity at becoming the best fighter he can be. Keep training hard. Anxiously waiting on UFC 79. God Bless.

Thanks for the updates. I was looking at the pictures - and…well - I’ll just say this - If you ever are in a fight with Tommy I hope they have someone really, really, really, really strong to pry you two apart if they need to because if not their going to get crushed. It looks as if you guys could a crush car between the two of you in those pictures. By the way, you said it brother. This is going to be YOUR fight. I’m around a bunch of naysayers and life is going to be too SWEET when I’m the lone guy who knew you’d win after its all said and done at our table. I can’t wait.

Vortex Says:

did I see “pinch an inch” going on in your examination? I think I did. I cant WAIT for the new year! When you have your crown back!!

Hey Matt,
Thank you so much for the training video. It’s neat to get a behind the scenes look at what you do in training. It gets me pumped up for the fight on 12/29. The video definately shows your mental strength as well as your physical strength. A never quit attitude. It’s simply inspiring. When you were hanging on those body bags and doing situps I thought of Rocky IV and your fight against Twinkle Toes Trigg.

HIT Squad should call that “The Frank Trigg Exercise”. (Standing RNC) My birthday is coming up on 12/14, I’ll definately have to get your DVD set. Great video! Good luck, stay healthy, and God Bless. WAR HUGHES!!!!!!

Kelligh Says:

?????? Where is your comments about the Ultimate Fighter???? Come on now!!!! TEAM HUGHES!!!!

Kelly

Ke-Wa Says:

What’s with hanging on the bag? I’ve never seen that before.

Lori Says:

Nice vid, thanks for sharing!
Can’t wait to see you get revenge on GSP for last time.
